Draught servicing of sash windows in Oxford

Draught servicing of sash windows including repairs and replacement glass in Berkshire

Polished chrome Brighton sash window fastener supplied & fitted in Berkshire

Workshop – selected various recent works we have manufactured for clients to date

Casement window repair and restoration in Bristol, completed to a very high end finish.

Old metal windows removed in Wiltshire.

Oxford, Oxfordshire – Old rotten sill removed and then replaced with a new hardwood, planed and whole sill supplied and fitted.

Reading, Berkshire – New antique brass beehive arm fasteners, sash lifts and sash handles supplied and fitted.

Reading, Berkshire – The old rotten sash mid rail removed to supply, fit and replace with a new hardwood, planed mid rail.

Newbury, West Berkshire – New hardwood planed, a new whole sill supplied and fitted as well as then re-building the outer box frame of the window.

Rotten casement sill removed and a new hardwood, planed sill supplied and fitted.

1 new hardword window planed, whole sill supplied and fitted and 1 sill with all of the rot removed, new hardwood spliced in, sealed with wood filler, then sanded and primed.

Selected works – circa 2017 to 2023

Various recent jobs completed including draught insulation service to sash windows and casement windows, new glass panes supplied and fitted, rotten wood cut out and new hardwood spliced in, broken cords replaced and new sash window furniture, locks, fasteners and lifts, supplied and fitted.

Old single glazed pair of sashes removed to supply and fit a new pair of double glazed sashes, including draught insulation system and cords, into existing box frame.

Draught service to existing sash windows, including draught insulation system. New antique brass sash fasteners and sash stops supplied and fitted.

Full service to existing sashes, including draught insulation system as well as supplying and fitting new hardwood, planed sill to the box frame.

Rotten window sill cut out of box frame. New hardwood, planed sill supplied and fitted as well as splicing new hardwood into both sides of lower box frame. We also supplied and fitted new pairs of double glazed sashes, including draught insulation system, into existing box frames.

We removed the rotten sill from the box frame to supply and fit a new hardwood, planed sill before sealing it. Also full service to all the existing sash windows, including draught insulation system.
